With the development of communication technology, the research of wireless communication channel mod-eling has been going through different stages. The channel models arising in different stages were studied in this pa-per. The features and performance of the major and common channel models were also studied in detail. The scopeof several models were compared. The results provided theoretical reference for selecting the appropriate channelmodel in practics.
