Primary and multiple secondary users coexist in cognitive networks。 the primary user is the authoried user,hope to get some income by letting the idle spectrum,when the spectrum is idle.Secondary user hope to lease these idle spectrum want to satisfy their own band needs.Based on Micro-economic principles,An Alternating double auction mechanism is proposed,In the spectrum auction process,established a concise and practical model to determine the market price,and improved in the transaction of multiple items matching buyers and sellers of the auction completion price,and on the basis of buyers and sellers,timely adjust price,fast.
