RTU-based distributed oil delivery system for oil-depot

The automation management system is the mainly direction in oil depot transformation.In order to adapt the special lower temperature in winter in northern area,the need of RTU control system is necessary.This paper expounds the principle of the RTU controller and the structure of system,which designs the hardware and software for the controlled system. The distribute control system can effectively cut down large accident in oil depot.It can enhance the quality of service and promote efficiency,it also convenient for the oil depot extension in the future.
