Anaerobic adhesive is one kind of one-component adhesive without solvent,which stay liquid in the presence of oxygen from air but cure very quickly when all oxygen traces are removed.Anaerobic adhesives are widely used in the fields of mechanical and electrical industry.Progress in the study on the components,structures and cure-initiation mechanism of anaerobic adhesive were reviewed.
