Reforming the System of Protecting Copyrights in Cyberspace

Because of the application of the digital technology,and the emergence of Cyberspace we are facing the new challenges to protecting and managing copyright in an electronic environment.Therefore,we can not solve this problem by only depending on the law.But the answer to the technology is to be found in technology.In fact an appropriate choice is to apply technological measures.And accordingly,we must pay attention to designing a protective system for protecting copyright including Technological Measures and Anti-circumvention law.In this paper,I will take up and discuss the problem.
