A knowledge-and-service-driven model for computer-assisted design of oilfield construction schemes is proposed in this paper.By following the model,a supporting environment for the intelligent assisted design is constructed and the computer-assisted design of different oilfield construction schemes and measures is implemented. The intelligent assisted design model consists of three parts:the management of production data, the supporting environment for computer-assisted design of schemes, and assisted design of schemes. The computer-assisted design system, which depends on reasoning mechanism driven,is built up according to the professional knowledge of oilfield construction scheme design. The definition and description of knowledge structure supported inference of relational data is given formally. The knowledge structure consists of meta-vocabulary layer on scheme design, construction instance layer, design rule and design activity layer. The knowledge structure of oilfield dynamic assistant decision making is constructed as a case study.Meanwhile, reasoning mechanism of evidence-production information is established. The reasonable evidences for supporting scheme design are obtained by analyzing production data based on keyword relation net.
