A threshold key escrow scheme for mobile communication network based on elliptic cure cryptosystem

A new threshold key escrow scheme for mobile communication is proposed, which based on elliptic cure cryptosystem. Since the proposed scheme is the threshold key escrow scheme, monitor agency can reconstruct session key when a few agencies is not cooperating. In addition, the proposed scheme solves the problem of one monitor,monitor forever.It also can resist LEAF attacks and prevent cheat.
