Estimation and Location of Matrix Eigenvalue

In this paper,we studied two important conclusions on the estimation and location problems of matrix eigenvalue-Gerschgorin Circular disc theorem and Ostrowski Circular disc theorem.Some theorems were given for application.A fortiori exactitude method was given for estimation and location of matrix eigenvalue of diagonal dominance.
