A New Combined Forecasting Model based on Induced Ordered Weighted Harmonic Averaging(IOWHA)Operator

In order to improve forecasting accuracy,combined forecasting method is selected by error sequence stability judgment and by applying a technique with a bias correction component.Since different combination forecasting has different forecasting accuracy,considering the difference of single forecasting method's veracity at different times,we present a new combinedn forecasting model based on correlation coefficient.Correlation coefficient is another kind of indices which can be used to measure the forecasting accuracy,and so based on the Induced Ordered Weighted Harmonic Averaging(IOWHA)operator,a new combined forecasting model is proposed using correlation coefficient and induced ordered weighted harmonic averaging(IOWHA)operator,as well as the conception of superior combination forecasting.Examples are given to show the model is effective and reasonable,and has higher forecasting accuracy.
