The University cadre examination is probed based on the principle of fuzzy synthetic evaluation. The index system, weight and appraising grade are structured. The mathematic model of fuzzy synthetic evaluation is set up. And an instance analysis is carried out in the hope of improving the accuracy of the university cadre examination.
