Application of full information wavelet analysis to rotary machinery fault diagnosis

Traditional rotary machinery fault diagnosis with single channel signal induce miscarriage of justice frequencyly,combining with the merit of wavelet transform,a new method named Full Information Wavelet Analysis is proposed.The signal can be decomposed by wavelet and the needed signals are reconstructed,the corresponding reconstructed signals of two channels are fused by vector spectrum technology,finally the fusion data is used to diagnose.Good results are obtained for friction fault diagnosis in rotating machinery.
