Realizing Point to Point Communication Without Fixed IP Address

Visual Basic 5.0 provids winsock control box,which supports communication between two computers in the network.We can make the program of client/server to develop the communication between point to point with it.Because the IP address of two computers is dynamically allocated,the paper also introduces the manner in which to recognize the IP address of each other by sending E mail,and it ensures the success in communication between point to point.
