There is evident environmental externality in theproductive activity of coal-fired power plants. To defer to therestriction of reducing emission that is drafted by the governmentpower generation enterprises can make the investment decisionof purchasing emission license or changing the kind of fuel.Using Wiener process-Ito lemma based stochastic mathematicalmodel containing related influencing factors and applyingdynamic reproduction theory, the modelling and numericalanalysis are conducted, the internal relation, cost and benefitfeatures under various investment strategies are expounded in thehope of offering rational foundation for optimal investmentdecision-making of environment protection for related powergenerating enterprises.
