Using 2-SL with Vote Strategy To Avoid Deadlock

It needs to resolve concurrency and conflict problems to transplant the deadlock avoidance strategy from non-distributed system to distributed system.This paper takes analysis on 2-SL and then introduces an election strategy on 2-SL to resolve the problems that face in distributed systems on deadlock avoidance.
