New de-noising method based on fractional wavelet transform

The basic theory of fractional wavelet transform(FrWT),including the construction and fast computation of FrWT,was introduced.Then a new de-noising method was presented based on the different correlativity of different signals in FrWT field.Compared with the de-noising method by traditional wavelet packet transform,the excellent de-noising performance of the new method was illustrated through two simulated examples.The possibility of application of the method was discussed.
