Study of Handwritten English Alphabet Recognition Algorithm in Automatic Judge System

Aimed at the Recognition of Handwritten English Alphabet in Automatic Judge System,the paper presents a simple and effective method.Horizontal and vertical project on processed image,target alphabet are classified by the extracted feature information.After several times target is recognized.Experiment results show that the method has high efficiency and accuracy.
