Customer-Oriented Information Service and Its Application in Network Environment

Customer-oriented information service can not only provide all the customers with needed data resources and normal sendees, but also meet their special needs. As the development of the network techniques and the various modes of services, this type of information service has become the main mode of information service. Furthermore it has been a promoting power to the functions of the library.
