In this paper, a new type of Al2O3 resistive humid sensor is introduced. The symbol adjustcircuit of the sensor and the single chip microcomputer system are designed and the mainprogram flow chart is described. The instrument has important meaning for the real-timeonline monitor measure of the drying process, which has been used in the electric mate-rial drying experiment and the anticipative purpose has reached.
