Research on Improving Consistency Measurement Precision of Pulp by Dynamics Method

Considering the low measurement precision of pulp consistency by dynamics measuring method,it is proposed to research non-line- ar and time variation property of pulp consistency sensor,along with randomness of pulp consistency signal.Based on this research,consis- tency trend signal of pulp is separated with random consistency signal and measurement noise is filtered using Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT),then polynomial is established by utilizing the optimization ability of least squares method to estimate non-linear of consistency sen- sor.The application of foregoing method in the papermaking process has shown its good performance.
