An generalization of orthogonal wavelet packets

In this paper, we give an algorithm for constructing orthogonal wavelet packets of arbitrary integer valued dilation matrix. These wavelet packets are given in frequence domain, and the wavelet packets given in [1] are just special examples of it. Therefore we can draw bases for L 2(R s) from this wavelet packets flexibly. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate this method.
