Application of Barcode Technology to Electric Secondary Equipment Product Line

Based on the demand of the synchronization of material flow and information flow in modern manufacturing,it combines the characteristics of a small amount with diversification in electric secondary equipment product line,develops a data collection system based on barcode technology. It introduces the method of project design,the algorithm and key technologies of the system development,also shows the detail about the technology and application in system such as barcode encoding rule,serial port communication,multi thread,thread pool,BOM data structure and SAP Interface. The system reaches the target of data collection,real time monitoring and production control.
