Scientifically and systematically sort out and integrate scattered geological science and technology files; intensively processing. For doing better this work, we should either have the present in mind or have our eyes on the future, based on the market need, focus on the needs of economic development, make overall planning, be in perfect order, conduct according to work procedure. The paper puts forward some measures for breaking the current situation, adapting to circumstances and gaining innovation of cataloguing and research.
