MEASUREMENT OF PULSE VOLTAGE USING ELECTRO-OPTICAL EFFECT OF LINbO_3 CRYSTAL

This paper presents a sensor of voltage and electrieal field employing LiNbO crystal. APulse votage is produced by means of a Hg switch. The experimental results show that it isfeasible for the sensor to measure the pulse voltage with linear errors less than 3%.
