Education and Training for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Cadres: Value Orientation and Practical Paths

To enhance the education and training for discipline inspection and supervision cadres, we should focus on its education functions which can help them set up and consolidate Party spirit, interpret and renew knowledge and skills, and restore and guide the value pursuit. Currently, in the field, the work of education and training is hard to institutionalize; the resource of education is lack of equalization; the content of education is hard to systematize; and it is hard to find a quantitative method to evaluate the effects of training and education. The present situation urges us to form a joint force though the methods, such as management system perfection, discipline construction, course setting optimization and methods innovation.
