Design of PECL Interface Circuit in Data Transmission System

PECL is widely used in serial data transmission circuit.In this paper the electronics features and implementation of PECL circuit are introduced.Several general coupling circuits,including interfaces between PECL with itself or other voltage logic,are produced.Particularly,based on a example of interconnection between PECL and LVPECL,an alternating current(AC)coupling circuit is designed.Judging from the working result,the design of the interface circuit is reasonable.
