Based on the principle of Quantum tunneling Effect,STM was applied to the observation and control of single atom.This brought the Nano science and technology into existence.Any application of Nano relies on the technology of Nano manufacturing and processing.With the rapid progress of Nano science and technology,people know more and more about Nano.A revolution initiated by Nano science and technology will experience a rapid development.Look into the future,we have to pay more attention to the safe application of Nano science and technology.
