Design of observation network management information system based on PHP technology for ground water level of the Sanjiang Plain

A network management information system based on PHP technology was applied to achieve efficient,fast,paperless,digital and networked management for the observation of ground water level in Sanjiang Plain.The detailed design of the system was presented,which included the architecture design,overall functional design,database design,and system safety design,the application of the system was also introduced.This system played a significant role in solving the problem of water resources,ecology,geology,farming,forestry,and economy in Sanjiang Plain.
