The importance of fault diagnosis for AC-AC frequency conversion drivers is discussed.In view of the current system of variable frequency output current harmonic comparison,conventional methods is not easy to determine on the basis of the proposed new use of wavelet packet-band energy extraction article electrical fault cut the signal characteristic.And the use of the method analysis Frequency Control System when the motor off and be normal when the output current wave characteristic.The diagnosis results show that the improvement with the conventional diagnostic method,used new band energy algorithm of the wavelet packets with the accuracy of fault diagnosis,diagnosis and fast and good generalization ability.
