As internet is getting more and more popular,it is more important to prevent network information being stolen or falsified.This essay introduces a newly-invented protective technique for digital products——Digital Watermarking.Specifically,this essay mainly discusses about the fundamental principles,generalized model and typical algorithms of Digital Watermarking as well as its applications in digital and commercial fields.
