A Method of Multi-dimensional Student Evaluations of Teaching

Through the analysis of the current student evaluations of teaching system,the paper proposed a multi-dimensional student evaluations of teaching methods.In the horizontal,the teacher can judge the quality of teaching this semester by the previous three years,and can determine the questionnaire scores between the corresponding indicators from the semester and last semester.So the teacher can be improved according to the questionnaire indicators.In the vertical,the teacher can understand his rank in the proportion of the whole school this semester.
