Research of 25T Passenger Train Security Monitoring Network System Update

To ensure the safety of train travelling,25T passenger train security monitoring and diagnosis system has been widely used in the whole railway of China. In this paper,we analyze the role and position of LonWorks network management boards of train level in the architecture through researching the network architecture of train level deeply,and on this basis,research the update of hardware system,mainly replace the main chips on board,solve the problem of system hardware supply chain,build a solid foundation for long- term application and maintenance of the system. After the designing of hardware and software,a real vehicle test has been done and the feasibility and correctness of the design has been verified.
