Using open source software to construct OLAP system

To design a system based on some open sources is proved to be a reliable and effective development method. The framework and its implementation of an online analytic processing system are presented. Through developing process, the open source codes are thoroughly analyzed and carefully changed to meet the actual demands. The system finally becomes a production and is applied success- fully though the certain open source licenses should be carefully complied with.
