The geometric information and the topological information are important basis for post processing. Therefore, it is closed relevant with data structure how to storage and how to obtain these information. In this paper, first, the representation of geometric modeling and the data structure are simply described, then, we delineate the mathematical definition of non-manifold geometric modeling. The representation, the Euler-Poincare formula and the Boolean operations on non-manifold topological data structure of reconstructing surfaces are discussed by citing the theory of complex-based non-manifold geometric modeling.
