A Single Observer Passive Localization Method for Wideband Signal Based on Time Delay and Time Delay Rate

It is difficult to obtain the parameters by the existing single observer passive localization methods when the target is wideband signal.A new location model based on motion information of the target contained in the time delay and time delay rate for wideband signal is developed on the basis of fixed single station.Then this model is processed with PF algorithm.Computer simulation verifies the availability of this method.
