A Method of Integrated Operational Amplifier Circuit Frequency Compensation

A mathematical model of non-ideal operational amplifier has been presented,a computing method of the external frequency compensation capacity has been deduced and the stability of the circuit has been analyzed.Moreover,the final result of frequency compensation based on TLV2464 is presented by debugging an actual circut.The debugged results show that by keeping a constant gain the method of integrated operational amplifier circuit frequency compensation presented is effective to calculate the value of compensation capacity and the band width after compensation satisfies the design requirements.Thus,the time of circuit debugging is greatly shortened,and the efficiency of circuit design is improved.
