Identification and Mathematical Morphology-based Digital Filter of Surge in Power Recorder Data

In view of the surge interference likely to be encountered in power signal recording, this paper analyzes the slope between two adjacent sampling points by using the improved program identifying method to identify the surge interference. A mathematical morphology-based digital filter with suitable structural elements is adopted to achieve optimal filtering characteristics.
