Orientated by the interest group of copyrights and constructed by copyrights system,copyrights become the tool to control consumers directly as well as a barrier on the development of cyber technology and the freedom to engage in artistic and literary creation. Thus the crisis emerges that infringement of copyrights is normal in society. It is necessary to reflect the justification of new objects and form of copyrights and reconstruct copy rights system aiming at promoting the freedom to engage in artistic and literary creation,the development of cyber technology and not controlling consumers directly,so that the deviation of just use of copyright would be repaired.
