Ethical Analysis of Hacker Culture

The birth and development of hacker culture go side by side with that of information technology. With the arrival of network stage of computer information, the hacker has developed into an influential power that cannot be neglected. This paper, on the basis of the existing ethical analysis of hackers, attempts to make a moral evaluation of network behaviors of hackers. Regulatory standards directed at the hacker culture have been presented so that the very culture will develop in the direction of benefiting social progress.
