Througin analyzing the present situation of China's maritime cruise monitoring mode,the network development is the tendency which must not be possible to keep off,and confirm that the network in VTs ismost offective and developing monitoring at present.This paper take the information aisseminating technology of WebGIS as the cbject of study,and designs the preliminary cttcmpt of information disseminating technology in VTS.and it uses the Browser/Sever network mode to explore tinc application to suit the developing of the netword maritime ceuise monitoring mode according to these functions.
