P-sets and dynamic separation characteristic of ■-information

P-set(packet set) is obtained by improving the Cantor set,or replacing the static characteristic of the Cantorset with the dynamic characteristic of the P-set.By using internal set,the concept of dynamic separation of ■-information is given.And ■-information separation and dependence characteristic is obtained.Finally,dynamic separation characteristic theorem of ■-information and application are given.The P-set is a new theory and method of studying dynamic information system.
