Analyzing the Value of Evidence with the Theory of Probability

Because free evaluation of evidence is not perfect as well as evidence and fact are not definite and cognitive ability of human is limited,it is necessary and feasible to use the theory of probability in judicature proof domain.This article attempts to use the principle of probability to analyze the value of evidence,point out the vector trait of probative value,and newly analyze a case of US with the theory of probability.
