Causes and Countermeasures for the Cost Fluctuation in the Whole Process of Power Grid Construction

In view of the whole process cost control,this paper analyzes the causes for cost fluctuation of grid construction in accordance with the inherent logic of the cost and quantity,price,fee and quota.It is helpful for cost control of power grid construction project to identify the key factors of the cost control.Based on the status quo of cost fluctuation in the process of power grid construction,some suggestions are proposed from the two aspects of management system and technical support.
