Pragmatic Web service management framework

In order to make up deficiency of dynamic and alternation in existing semantic Web service,pragmatic Web was introduced and applied in Web service management.Pragmatic oriented Web service management contained four levels: syntactic Web service,semantic Web service,pragmatic Web service and service management.The cooperative flow between pragmatic Web service and semantic Web service was given in an implement scenario.Pragmatic Web service management promotes the change of the interaction model between the provided service and the service consumer.
