Hydrological information possess features of multi-source,multi-scale and heterogeneity.For the sake of integrated exploitation and utilization of hydrological information resources,mechanism and implementation technology for hydrological information extraction and reconstitution based on dynamic evolution need to be studied.On the basis of unified organization framework of hydrological information resources,with description as core and reflection mechanism as support,the author discusses basic theory and methods of hydrological information extraction and reconstruction services based on dynamic evolution,and elaborates information extraction and reconstruction services as well as the software model supporting dynamic evolution.
