Based on botanical and ecological principals, summarized questionnaires, and field investigation, we construct the Double Causations and Triple Effects Evaluation System for Exotic Trees in Beijing applied with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). We describe each index both qualitatively and quantitatively. The features of the evaluation system mainly include proper distinguishing, stressed internal logic of the system, and preferable feasibility. In order to express it reasonably and concisely, the evaluation system referred with data type theories, and introduced the concept of difference.
