The Video Measurement Management Information System

The overall thinking and specific scheme for establishing a video measurement management information system which organically combines data with maps,i.e. the functions of the management information system can be achieved on a GIS platform to meet the actual measurement instrumentation management requirement of an enterprise is proposed. The enterprise can control its production and adjust its operation based on the complete measurement data and real-time field working conditions provided by users in order that the actual cost accounting can be realized. As a result,not only the policy-making ability and management level can be improved,but also a considerable economic benefit and a brand-new modern enterprise figure can be reached.
