Intelligent Test System for Induction Motor Based on Electricity Feedback Technology

The motor test system based on electricity feedback technology was introduced. The DC motor acts as the load of performance test and temperature rise test, operates as the generator and feeds back electricity to the grid during the test, so the energy saving control was achieved. The system adopts the IEEE488 bus and PLC control, greatly improves its automation. The facts demonstrated that the testing system has many characteristics, such as advanced system structure, reasonable configuration, high reliability, high accuracy, convenient operation and rapid testing speed.
