Study on the Legal Functions of the Internet Rights Conflict

On the Internet,the rights conflict performs as two kinds of contention for the feasibility conduct space which was not clearly differentiated. Under the circumstance of legal development and rights evolution,the essence,characteristics and functions of the internet rights conflict can be reconsidered by the theory of systematology. Through the control system whose center is the courts and whose foundation is the legal principles,a new rights system which involves the terminal network users,the internet service providers and the public authorities can be established to give full play to the technical advantages of network and responsively solve the internet rights conflicts.
