To deal with asymmetric information, dynamic environment as well as vagueness and uncertainty of QoS in service negotiation, this paper proposes a dynamic service negotiation model based on interval similarity. This model can be used to forecast the negotiation strategies of the counterpart via using interval similarity and interval estimation, and on this basis to make optimal counter-strategies.A numerical example shows that dynamic service negotiation model is closer to reality behaviors compared with static, and it can effectively improve negotiation efficiency in the dynamic service negotiation environment.
