The Analysis and Research of Offset Ink Flow Metering Controlled by Two Rollers

The offsetink separated and metered by two rollers was analyzed. Finiteelement analysis was applied in inkflow modeling. Different offsetink viscosity, roller speed ration, gap width of two rollers, inkfilm thickness and the dependence of the metered inkfilm thickness ratio from the roller's speed ratio were analyzed and reported. The results were verified by experiments.
